We’re so excited to have you as part of our vibrant, producer-only market community! Our goal is to connect local farmers, makers, and small businesses with the people of Roswell and beyond. To maintain the integrity of our market, all products must be locally produced within a 100-mile radius of Roswell, Georgia—no reselling or commercially produced goods are allowed. While we celebrate a true farm-to-table experience, we do make board-approved exceptions for coffee and Georgia seafood.
When signing up for market dates, you’ll receive an invoice based on your selected dates. If your plans change, you can update your schedule up to one week in advance—after that, we’ll count on you to be there, as your stall may be offered to another vendor.
Each Saturday, we welcome families, food enthusiasts, and neighbors looking for fresh, local goods. Our community is made up of engaged, supportive customers, with a median household income of $124,000 and a strong presence from the 35-59 age group in Roswell, Alpharetta, and East Cobb. Nearly half of our visitors are mothers with young children, making this a wonderful space to connect with families who value fresh, high-quality products.

RFM 2025
The 2025 season will open on Saturday, April 12, 2025, and the last market of the season will be Saturday, November 22, 2025.
The market location has changed and will be located back at City Hall. The specific parking address is 38 Hill St, Roswell, GA 30075.
The November 22nd market will be considered our 'Holiday Market'. Hours of operation for all market days will be 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

The application fee for vendors is a $30 non-refundable, regardless of approval or denial.
Farmer Annual – $20/market, $660/season*
Farmer Weekly – $25/market**
Non-Farmer Annual – $30/market, $990/season*
Non-Farmer Weekly – $35/market**
Non-Profit – $0 – available on limited basis and manager’s approval
Table & Tent Rental – $10/market (limited quantity)
Electricity – $5/market – electricity is available, but very limited and not guaranteed
Late arrival or early breakdown – $10/market
Return Check fee – $35 – cost of the return check from our bank + the payment

1. GA Secretary of State certificate or Tax ID certificate.
2. Current Commercial Liability Insurance certificate naming RFM as Additional Insured at: 64 Hill St, Roswell, GA 30075
3. Food Licenses. If you cook, serve, and/or sell food related items, you will need to upload a valid license depending on what you sell (examples: ServSafe Certificate, cottage license, food sales license, commissary kitchen agreement, meat license, seafood license, etc.).
4. List ALL products you intend to sell throughout the season - Under the PRODUCTS tab
5. You must provide a photo of your booth setup & pictures of each product you intend to sell - Under the PRODUCTS tab
6. Sign and date our Liability Waiver - LICENSE tab
7. $30 non-refundable application fee through manage my market. (You should receive an invoice once you complete your application)

"Chef's Pick" is a new program to increase opportunity for local foodies and farmers and will be from 8:00am to 8:30am for all farmers/artisans interested in opening early.

"Chef's Pick" vendors set up from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM and ready to sell by 7:45 AM. All other vendors must be ready by 8:15am. Vendors will be fined $10.00 for arriving after their specified time. Vendors cannot pack up early and leave the market without prior permission. Packing up early will incur a $10.00 fine.

All of the profile information you submit will be posted to the Roswell Farmers Market website. You can submit product information, pictures of your product, your website, social media channels, etc. Your visibility to Roswell Farmers Market customers and potential customers will be greatly enhanced.
